RFP POSTCARDS
In some industries, sending a Request for Proposal (RFP) is required on a regular basis for various services. Generally the reason is to ensure that the organization is getting the best service for the best price, particularly for services that are required on an ongoing basis. Even if the organization is happy, or thinks they are happy, with their current service provider, sending regular RFPs creates a system of checks and balances to ensure that the service provider is still their best option and pricing is still fair within their industry.
This particular postcard was sent regularly to target state and local government controllers where there was not already a personal connection with someone at RKL. The mailings were timed accordingly with the governments' fiscal year ends so that we would be added to their list of service providers and receive RFPs as they were issued for audit and accounting services
